I tested your code and it works fine if the table fits on a single page, but if one table occupies more than one page, the code will fail because the first row or the last row of some pages are not recognized.

The PDF I tested did not have the first horizontal line on the middle pages or the last one.
| I'm not sure if I am just going to grab a dll from the internet (even codeproject) and use it without knowing what has been changed from the original. Although I'm sure you have no evil intent, it is quite dodgy for anybody who has to work with compliance and due diligence. | |

Well , yes here I just grab a dll from iText and as far as I know it is an open source and you are free to use it and modify it. I didn't discuss about my change(iText.kernel.dll) in this article, sorry for that. I will try to add this as soon as possible.
